Our specialty coffees are coffees that have obtained a grade above 80 on a scale of 100 defined by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). This note is awarded according to different criteria: aromas, body, acidity, balance, aftertaste, cleanliness of the cup. From the lighting of the room, to the pH of the water and the humidity levels of the grain, everything is taken into account to ensure uniformity of the results during tasting. Different from regular coffees, these coffees have grown to higher altitudes and are treated with care once picked. The provenance is easy to follow because each step, from tree to cup, is meticulously observed to ensure its quality. Taste this exceptional coffee !
